YOUTH MINISTRY PYRAMIDThe Youth Minsitry Pyramid is a great way to discover if your youth minsitry is growing spiritually. List your students in one of the levels on the pyramid. Notice more of your students will be in the COME level than they do the MULTIPLIERS Level. The goal would be to disciple the students to the point they would become multipliers.
