Workplace Observation

When talking about my current organization I will be referring to my past employer Sara Lee. As I have brought to everyone’s attention, I was laid off at the end of June and have been in the process of starting my own business. This has been an exciting process so far but enough of that so I can tell you about Sara Lee.
I would like to start out talking about the technology at Sara Lee. While I was at Sara Lee my position was Desktop Services Support Specialist. Basically I helped the end users with all problems that were called in and I also upgraded systems and software. I was truly amazed how this company stayed on top of the ever-changing technology in today’s world. I guess when you’re a Fortune 500 company you can do that but still amazing as fast as things change.
