In the past I have had many soccer coaches.Sme had qualities I believe to be good and some not so good. Every person has there own perception on what makes a soccer coach good. My perception is, they have good organization skills, can form positive relationships with the team, parents and other teams, and has skills advanced enough to keep us learning and improving.

Having a soccer coach who is well organized has many benefits to the team. A coach who is prepared in advance for a practice shows dedication. Coming to practice with drills in mind, and all the equipment up to date and in good shape. This will improve our skills because we wont waste our time waiting around for him.
