Water – what could be more prosaic. One of the four basic elements that set in motion the life on this planet it was always deemed as one of the commodities we had in abundance and was hardly needed caring for. It was taken for granted since the time immemorial that the lakes and the rivers that will never dry out while always providing humanity with the fresh, sweet drinking water. After all this millennia of reckless usage, while being pacified by the hordes of so-called naturalists, declaring the never interrupted circle of water sources surrounding us and ready to be used for all eternity.

Well, how does it help us now, with all restrictions on water being imposed on us, we are almost on the brink of rationing our water consumption. The problem of keeping the water level in our fresh water reservoirs became constant and with less and less rainfalls in the spring and autumn we are facing more draconian measures of water rationing.
