War on Drugs

As the years go on, drug use in the United States is getting far too casual and far too widespread. This is a growing problem obviously, and also is a growing concern for many parents. So, what do we do about such an obvious problem? The government has decided to fuel a multi-million dollar campaign against use of illegal narcotics, but everyone knows this plan has not been as effective as they expected it to be. In the end this war on drugs that they are exercising is actually a problem caused by a problem. Millions of taxpayer’s money is directed toward fighting the use of drugs, but as anyone can see it’s not working all that well. The best solution to fight drugs is common to everyday life—stop the problem at the source. This is why the United States needs an army-controlled border in order to monitor the drug trafficking as well as the illegal immigrants.
