Treatment for Depression

Depression is a common, often incapacitating, debilitating, and sometimes, fatal disorder. These disorder are characterized by emotional, cognitive, behavioural, and physiological symptoms.

Emotionally, there are feeling of sadness, shame, guilt, anxiety, helplessness and hopelessness.

Cognitive and behavioral symtoms include excessive self- critcrism, indecisiveness, psychomotor, agitation or retardation, and suidical thoughts, plans and behaviour.
