Transportation Persausion

Dear Department of Transportation,
It has come to my attention that more young people are involved in fatal and near fatal automobile accidents, and that you the Department of Transportation have developed a plan that you hope will saves lives, lower insurance costs, and reduce health care cost. The plan would require everyone to have a high school diploma before they could get an automobile license. Personally, I think this is a great plan because it may save my life as well mas the lives of many other people. Also, this plan is a great way to avenge the death of my good friend, God rest his soul. He died senselessly in an automobile accident when some punk kids decided to go for a joy ride.
