To Kill a Fear

There I was, seven years old and stuck with a disease called Asthma. I was practically unable to run, jump, or do anything fun with the other kids from the neighborhood. It was a sad time for me. Although diagnosed with Asthma at 6 months old, I think the hardest part of my life was from seven years old on. I was never able to play with the, “normal kids.” The nice warm summers were bummers too because of all the killer allergens in the air.
