Three digits

Take any three-digit number, write the number in as many ways as you can by swapping the digits round. Add up the numbers and divide by the sum of the digits.

Example:

123 1+2+3=6 456 4+5+6=15 243 2+4+3=9
132 1332/6=22 465 3330/15=222 234 1998/9=222
213 + 564 + 342 +
331 546 ...
