I. Introduction

1. The Banner of February 2003 has a piece by Cornelius Plantinga Jr., called “Judging & Being Judgmental” (pp. 48--50). The article is attached.

2. To establish the Scriptural basis for our discussion, I (Jim) will read selected verses from Matt. 7. I will assume that we have all read the first section of the article regarding Plantinga’s reading of Newsweek on AIDS in Africa.
