The true meaning of spirituality

In my life I have struggled with the true meaning of spirituality, until the past summer. During the summer, I volunteered for Appalachian Service Project, which repairs homes for families who are unable to do it themselves. I helped a mother and her daughter, who could not afford to fix their dining room floor. When I first arrived and saw the floor, I did not think my group could actually help.
