The nobility of Brutus in Julius Caesar

Antony:
“This was the noblest Roman of them all.
All the conspirators save only he
Did that they did in envy of great Caesar
He only, in a general honest thought
And common good to all, made one of them
His life was gentle, and the elements
So mixed in him that Nature might stand up
And say to all the world, ‘This was a man!’ ”

This statement was an accurate assessment of Brutus because of a number of reasons. Out of all the characters in the play he was one of the only one who always stood by his word all the time and was committed to his cause. He is honorable, loyal and he genuinely believed what he was doing what right and for the good of Rome. Brutus was also very strong and noble.

Brutus was considered the most loyal person in the senate because of his honesty and kind nature toward everyone. They knew that he can be easily influenced and if he supported them that he would be committed and stick to the pla...
