How do people float in the air and move in slow motion?
That effect is just on of the many special effects the movie The Matrix has.
All movies have special effects. It could have a simple effect like and
added sound or image. Or it can have more intense effects like the use of blue screens, green screens, wires, props and many more.
When I know how the movie makers created their effects it makes it more interesting and exciting. In the movie The Matrix they figured out unique ways to slow down and rotate shots, have characters jump buildings, and show one agent multiple times at once.
