the lats

The controversial topic of kinesiology I chose was effective back training of the latissimus dorsi. There are many questions and theories of this muscle, but which indeed are the right ones and what exercises work it the best. I will give a brief anatomy of the (lats) and follow up with its movement. I will then give the proper exercise and development of the muscle focusing on the lat-pull down and the cable seated row. I will conclude my paper with my thought.

The (lats) is a large muscle on the vertebrae and ribs on the mid to low back. This muscle runs in a vertical fashion giving the upper body its ā€œVā€.
