The Crime rate in Jamaica and how it impacts on its people

The elections are near and already it is evident that crime will prevail. In the recent polls issued by the daily gleaner there is a 50% chance for each side. What maybe surprising is that it has never happened in the past...will the govenor general have to intervene and make the final decision. Everyone knows who will win if this happens.
