The Workplace Diversity Program will: encourage employees to develop their work skills and contribute to their maximum potential; recognise and value diverse skills, cultural values and backgrounds; introduce workplace structures, systems and procedures to assist employees to balance their work and personal life-styles responsibilities; and establish procedures to evaluate and report on the effectiveness and outcomes of the Workplace Diversity Program.
