Teacher Aids

Teacher aids can be very beneficial in a classroom. A lot of the better teachers even need extra help. Having twenty children a day can sometimes be too overwhelming and a teacher may need help with the busy work like grading papers, running errands, and one on one work with the children. A teacher aid can be non teaching and just help students on their projects, listen to them read, or tutor them if they are behind in a subject. Depending on the school district teacher aids can have different responsibilities. Some teacher aids may be directly teaching the children where other teacher aids in a different school district will just do all the busy work.
