Headaches, weight loss, indigestion, depression, anger, insomnia and exhaustion are all signs of stress. It is important for us to be aware of the signs of stress and be able to treat them when they occur Stress is a factor that places pressure or strain on the mind or body. Stress can be encountered in our everyday life. It can be found at work , home lives, school environment, relationships, and life in general. If not alleviated stress will take control of our live.
