Stress

Stress is the way an individual reacts to a situation perceived as overly challenging or threatening. It is important for an organization to seriously monitor the stress level of its employees since one stressed individual can cause lower performance and production. According to a study conducted by TR Culter Inc., out of those wishing to leave their profession, the overwhelming reason, given by 62%, was job stress. Once an organization recognizes that stress diminishes human potential, the next step it so to discover the causes of stress, called stressors.
