Personal Strengths and Weaknesses
I have many abilities and skills that contribute positively in my work environment, in my personal life, and in my Learning Team. It is much easier for me to realize my strengths and weaknesses at work then when I am at home spending time with my family. I believe this to be true because in order for me to succeed at work I must capitalize on my strengths and improve on my weaknesses.
