Stockton Symphony’s IV Annual Pops & Picnic Prom Night

This year the Stockton Symphony’s IV Annual Pop & Picnic Prom Night was perform in Stockton Civic Auditorium on Friday May 2. The Night started by instruments completing their final adjusting and tuning. Peter Jaffe would once again be the conductor for the night. The audience was very excited since there would be an outstanding guest artist that would performance on the stage accompanied by the Stockton Symphony. The guest artist was recognized Elizabeth Hodgdon.
The first half of the perform began with apiece composed by Johann Srauss Jr. this Piece’s title was the Fruhlingsstimmen Waltz, and it was played with very dramatic entrances and lots of accented motes. Alan Jay Lerner and Fredrick Loewe a From Die Fledermaus, and composed by Johann Strauss Jr., in this piece the symphony accompanied the soprano Elizabeth Hodgdon.
