Society should identify those children who have special talents and abilities and begin training them at an early age so that they can eventually excel in their areas of ability. Otherwise, these talents are likely to remain undeveloped

Talent: is it natural or can be obtained by training is quite often a debatable question.
Identifying children with special talents and training them might well develop. But I am of the opinion that this need not necessarily be the case. The picture very lopsided. A first glance at the statement might force us to conlcude that training might give many gifted individuals to the society but we are missing the complemnetary sid of it.

Say we identify a a prticular person Ram to have a mellodius voice at an young age.
Now if one decides to train him in music...
