The founders of Stargate are Robert Frances Andes, Maychelle Ang, Wilfredo Lagrada, Wian Kristoffer Quong, Frances May Paras and Paula Bianca Uy.
The business will be located along F. Torres Street, Davao City. The building is old but there's no need for renovation. It will be leased for P30, 000 a month. The building is right for the business because it was also actually a former videoke bar, so we wouldn't find it difficult to design a new set up, though there will still be slight renovation and beautification. Its location is also right for the business for Torres Street is well known for its popular restaurants and videoke establishments.
The venture was corporated January of 2003. The group decided to form a corporation for Stargate. For it will be in our own advantage since a corporation will limit our liabilities among of that corporation. Any of our personal property will not be affected in case of bankruptcy.
