Similarities & Differences Between U.S. and Rome

Today, there is a great difference and a small similarity between Rome and U.S. Comparing Rome adn the U.S. together is a major difference. Some of the differences between Rome and U.S. is that the U.S. didn't have harsh punishment for criminals like Rome did. Rome was more of a strict country than so the U.S. being a free country.
