Should smoking be banned?
There is a continual debate about smoking. Tobacco producers and cigarette makers believe that smoking should not be banned because they believe it helps people to relax, it provides funds for governments, which are used to help the community and the tobacco industry employs many people. On the other side health professionals believe that smoking is dangerous to health, and the fact that smoking is addictive and there is the problem that even non-smokers are at risk because of the people that smoke.

Let me deal first with the positive side of smoking. First, smoking undoubtedly helps many people to relax. For some, it even improves concentration. Many people like to smoke before exams or when they are relaxing with friends. Therefore if smoking should be banned those people would not be able to relax as well.
