We created a new member help section for BlackPlanet.com so that our members can:

How do I report violations of Terms of Service?
We encourage that all members familiarize themselves with the site’s Terms Of Service before reporting Abuse. In doing so, the member will poses a general understanding of what constitutes a violation of the Terms Of Service. To report a violation click on the Report Abuse link located on top of the member’s personal page. This process was put in place to provide a perfect spelling of the member’s name and reduce multiple levels off of our investigation process.
