Whether a war is being fought, or a business is being started, or a simple project from school is being tackled by a group of students, one of the most important keys to success is the leader of the venture, whatever it may be. It is the leader¡¯s responsibility to see the venture through to a decisive end, and to guide it through the steps needed to reach that point.
