In the 21st century buildings are increasingly being recognised as important – leading to the evolution of Facilities Management. This is effectively a services sector, so it is important to find out what it is that the customer wants. This requirement has lead to the development of the Post Occupancy Evaluation in order for the developer to find what the customer wants and be able to create better buildings/environments for the future.

Buildings are now recognised as being a dynamic part of the business and a key contributor to its potential success.
