How do Elie’s experiences shape the person he becomes?

When we first get introduced to Elie we can clearly see that he is a young and interesting person. Elie has a very strong faith in God and the Jewish religion, but this faith is tested when the Nazi’s move him from his small town to the Auschwitz concentration camp
