My Unique School

I study in Saraswathi Kendra. At present I am in my 11th standard and I have taken up subjects pertaining to my dad's profession. I have studied in this school for the last 2 years and I have learnt so much here, so much about the side of life I had a blind eye for earlier.

The entrance to this school is a passage with beautiful green trees and plants growing and giving us (the children of the school) a warm welcome. We have our school on our right, a simple building and The C.P Art foundation office on the other side. Directly in front of us we have the house of our correspondent, Nandita Krishnan.

As I entered the building on my first day, I was so overwhelmed to see some special children, amongst normal children. I felt really bad looking at children who are physically or mentally or emotionally handicapped. I saw children who have been robbed of many blessings which you and I take for granted.
