mustpha mond- an outsider?

The character of Mustopha mond is unique; very much like the commander in 'The Handmaid's Tale' by Margaret Atwood. Despite being one of the ten world controllers, the epitome of the society he created, he is the exception to the rule. All the outsiders in Brave New World are aware that they are different and all of which act upon that feeling and are punished.
