My older sister, Lisa, and I are exactly five and six years apart. It’s a pretty big age difference because while I was in third grade, she was in ninth. Throughout my sister’s life she had some hard transitions she had to make. We moved around a lot so she went to many different kinds of schools. I didn’t have to move as much as her because when I started going to schools, I didn’t really need to move schools. My sister has a hard time making new friends because she’s very shy and not outgoing when she doesn’t know anyone. When I was in the third grade, I started to go to Belleview Elementary School, while my sister attended Cherry Creek HS. I thoroughly enjoyed my first days at Belleview because I made friends easily.
