Being a member of Barangay Sta. Elena myself, it was easy for me to cope up with what we were supposed to do for this subject. Days before our interview with the employees of the barangay and health center, I had asked my mother to help me with this assignment of mine. Luckily, my mom knew some employees of the barangay center and from there on they were the ones who helped my groupmates and me. Obviously, we were just able to get secondary data that were based in the year 1996.
