Literature Circles

1. What are some advantages of using Literature Circles in your classroom?
Literature Circles can be very beneficial in any classroom. They use the cooperative learning concept and that is very important. It teaches children to work together, but you can also assess them individually. Literature Circles meet the needs of every child no matter what their reading level is. They are student-centered. Students are exposed to many different types of literature.
