Dear Sir,
I am writing to register my application for the position of teachers aid, advertised in the Cairns Post on Saturday 22nd of March.

I am currently working part time at The Woolshed Chargrill and Saloon bar, which I own with my husband, in an administrative and personnel role, and would like to become independent of the business by transferring and using my skills in a school environment. The position is attractive to me because working within school hours and holidays would fit in with the needs of my own family.

SC1: I have a broad range of skills and a strong background in administration. I understand the unpredictable nature of children, and their behavioural patterns, intellectual abilities and emotional needs. I am able to efficiently and effectively communicate and execute tasks, which I do on a daily basis with staff, patrons and clients.
