Lee Greenwood is a talented country singer that has been around for 2 decades. He is a really great country singer, and sang the song “God Bless America”. He grew up in Sacramento, California with his parents. When he was a kid he was multi-instrumental, and still is. He was born in 1942. He formed his first band in highschool called the moon beams in Sacramento. In effort to respond to musical opportunities he abandoned a promising pro. Basketball career, he turned down a musical scholarship at the college of the Pacific. He even skipped his own high school graduation to play in Reno, Nevada.
