There are many areas of the world which have very low population densities. This is due to many reasons - Social, Economic and Environmental. People tend to live where facilities are which suit their lifestyles and interests. If there is nothing in a certain place which people find attractive then they will not want to live there and therefore will result in a very low population density. Leisure is a main reason why people live where they live. Leisure now a days is a major influence on peoples lives. For this reason people will not want to live where leisure facilities are scarce.
