Huck Essay

Mark Twain in his classic novel The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn written in explains the way of life during the antebellum period. This novel is taught in school nation wide. However, criticism has followed this novel for as long as it has been in the school curriculum. Various groups of people want it completely banned from the high school shelves, on the fact that it holds no social value and because of the racial slurs. As a result of these actions they have deprived students of a long enduring American literary classic.
