how to research a job

The job I chose to apply for is a chef manager-in-training job at Nordstrom Restaurant Division in Denver Colorado. Though I have never been a manager before and have little if any experience in this part of the field I feel like I have the ability and knowledge to at least work my way into becoming a great one. The qualifications of this job require a passion for food service, restaurant background, strong leadership skills, experience with food, lab and/or expense controls, committed to excellence in quality, service and cleanliness, flexible and not afraid of change, and strong communication skills. I believe that this is a great opportunity for me to strengthen my management skills by going through their management program and learning what it take to become a top quality regional and general manager.
