Marriage

Holy matrimony is the last sacrament you should take, you can either get married or you can become a priest/nun. Marriage is when a man and a woman make a partnership of love which is life-long, exclusive and open to having children. All Catholics who wish to be married should get married before a Catholic priest and two witnesses. Special permission has to be sought for a Catholic to marry a baptized non-Catholic or an anabaptized person. The Catholic priest or deacon responsible for the preparation seeks this permission.
