For 29 years, United Indians of All Tribes Foundation (UIATF) has been solving many of the problems Seattle's Urban Indians face by providing a unique range of comprehensive educational, health and human services that improve their social and economic welfare. The organization was founded in 1970 by a small group of Northwest Native Americans and their supporters, who engaged in an occupation of Fort Lawton.
