Info of the A-bomb

“Little Boy” is the nick name given to the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima on
August 6th, 1945. It was on a Monday morning. Little Boy was dropped from Enola Gay
which is one of the B-29 bomber that flew over Hiroshima. The A-bomb had burst at
approximately 8:15 (Japan Standard Time). It exploded at 2000 ft above the building of
what it is today called “A-bomb Dome” The bomb had generated strong wind which
destroyed house and buildings within 1.5 miles radius. And the wind had caused the most
destruction to Hiroshima.

Chapter One

In chapter one, Dr. Fujii lived like he was retired and with only two patients left in
his little hospital. Before the bomb, he sad down cross-legged in his underwear at the
sunny porch. As he felt the bright flash, he didn’t react but focus on the newspaper. After
the explosion, Dr. Fujii got blown into the river together with the hospital. When he woke
