Summary of Antigone

In the play “Antigone” the story is about a woman named Antigone. At the start of this play Antigone takes her sister, Ismene aside and went on to tell her, her plan to bury her brother, Polyneices body who the new king Creon has forbidden people to bury or they fill face a harsh punishment. After Antigone tells her sister the plan she refuses to help out, because she fears the death penalty. And although Ismene tries to discourage her sister from doing what she wants to do ...
