The protein gel allows us to get an approximate weight of different proteins. By measuring the position of the proteins in figure 2 we were able to create a graph which allowed us to calculate what the weight of other proteins in different fish were and then figure out how many common proteins the fish shared. We put the different weights of the proteins in table 1 and the common proteins in table 2.
