Frictional force vs Normal force for two surfaces

Purpose:
The purpose of this lab was to examine the factors affecting frictional force on objects, those factors were; surfaces, velocity, surface area, and normal force. The hypothesis made was that velocity would have no effect, the surface, depending on how much friction it had would slow down or speed up the object, the surface area would have no effect, and that the Normal force would have the greatest effect on the objects.
Procedure:
The experiment was started by calibrating the spring scale, then by zeroing it by laying the scale sideways and waiting for the computer to say that it is ready to start the experiment.
