Follow your dreams. You have to find what your dreams and aspirations in life are and just go for them. You don’t turn your back to what your passions are in life. That’s something that you’ll regret someday. That’s what I’m doing right now. If I just listen to what my father was telling me while I was in high school. “Finish your education”, he always used to say.


I always knew that I like cooking; seeing my mom cooking was the only thing that keep me from running around the house making trouble. But that wasn’t it. I needed more. I need to learn how to cook. I wanted to become a Chef. I remember every time that I seat on the kitchen’s counter and watch mom prepare anything, breakfast, lunch or dinner.
