Flexible Scheduling

How many people can fit all their obligations in a strict 8 – 4 schedule every day? I don’t think I could mention one. Everyone’s schedule these days are at the mercy of their children or the doctor’s schedules or car garage hours. We all need to altar our work schedule occasionally to take care of personal obligations. In addition to this we need to make sure we are able to fit in our time at work also. This is the reason flexible scheduling has just been officially introduced at Silberline.
The object of the flextime is to permit employees to fulfill obligations that conflict with the normal hours of a standard day. Such obligations may be taking their children to soccer practice or doctor appointments or some other family activity. Some parents have the need to be home by the time their children come home from school. ...
