Every year life is is less active for kids, they spend more time on the sit; to trnsport, to wash TV, to the computer, in the class room, to play electronic games. Is well known that as more you get tired, more endurance and healt you will have.
Other big problem for the new generations is the nutrition,the actual breackfast is colored cereal with degraded milk, and a happy meal for lonch, with a specia TV diner at night; for a very inactive life that is a parent's
abuse.
