When the name King Arthur comes to mind, we start to think of all the stories we hear, weather they are fictional from medieval time or not they excite us and keep us coming back for more. Many people would like to know if king Arthur really existed or if he was just a tale made up by the Britons to scare people? When you think of Arthur what also comes to mind is the fair lovely Guinevere, the enchanter, Merlin, who is there in most of the tales, from Arthur’s birth to his rise to the throne. You also hear about the Knights of the Round Table, known for their braveness and chivalry, but the knight who excites us all is the best friend and first knight to Arthur, but also man who had a love for Guinevere, Sir Lancelot.
I have read and followed the many stories of king Arthur through the movies and a couple of readings, but still cannot tell if he was real or make believe. Stories told about Arthur aiming at a particular audience, very largely upper class, aristocratic audience...
