The Myers-Briggs test showed my many insights into my personality type. My strengths are “being a great leaders and decision maker, and logical, analytical.” I also like to “continually add to my base of knowledge” through learning new theories. While my potential blind spots state that I “making decisions to hastily” and “I am to blunt, impatient, and insensitive to the needs and feelings of others around me.” In addition I also have “an impersonal approach to life which leaves little time for tolerance, compassion, or any emotions, even my own.”
